Wedding coordination fees vary greatly from coordinator to coordinator. Here are some examples:

10% - 15% of the overall budget
Fee based on amount of wedding coordinated
Package rate of \$2,000 which would include bridal car and flowers
\$700 for wedding day management plus 10% of total amount coordinated
Fee based on number of guests
Flat rate based on amount of work needed
Hourly Rate (Often greater than \$100 per hour)

It is, however, our practice to charge a flat rate fee for the services we are providing. We will be able to give you a detailed budget at our initial meeting with a flat rate included for your coordination.

That way, you will always know what you are paying -- up front. Avoiding surprises on your wedding day!
